This technology is cheaper and safer than anything else on the market. It can move product over vastly greater distances WITH NO product degradation - even at speeds of 90 - 125 MPH. The product can be separated, cleaned as well as dried with this system. Electricity, diesel engines or even hydraulics can be used as a power source. It requires minute horse power and negligible air pressure. This translates into a SAFE and ECONOMICAL system to use.

The ART system is designed for ease of use as well as installation and low cost per ton of product processed. Product usage can be as low as $9 per hour and move up to 400 tons of material in that time. Very low maintenance costs are incurred. The system has only 2 moving parts which makes it very reliable and easily repaired.

This technology is environmentally sound. Meeting environmental requirements are reduced in both size and cost of necessary equipment. Because of the low pressure used in the system, workers are kept much safer. 

Examples of product the ART system processes are Coal, Corn or Pea gravel of 1" in size or smaller. Our demonstration unit above moves 180 to 190 tons of corn per hour over a 1/4 mile distance. It separates material with different levels of specific gravity while eliminating moisture at the same time.

This proprietary technology effectively uses an air flow to create a pipe of air within a pipe. A zero velocity boundary of air forces the product into a high velocity channel of air in the center of the physical pipe.

The picture above shows a hopper filled with product. It is dumped from the hopper into the pump where an auger propels the product at 500 feet per minute. The air stream then accelerates the product to speeds of 5000' to 10,000' per minute. It can go up or down or around corners without wear on the product or pipe.

The picture below demonstrates how the pipe can be placed almost anywhere. This section of the pipe is floating on a pond while tons of product are processed through it. Since the product is "floating on air" as it passes through the pipe no weight it transferred to the pipe which would cause it to sink. 

The physical pipe can vary in size from 1" to 14". The entire system is portable and can be setup in a day almost anywhere you can lay pipe. The system can be optimized to handle a wider variety of product than any other system.
