    1. Dredging behind dams and reservoir, depending on the size of the system used. On small reservoir, of course, one would use a small land-based power supply and a small portable flotation system to hold the positive reverse pump and lower it up and down into the silt.

Here again, the silt could be dried to 10-15% moisture.

The LPS Positive Reverse Pump removes only the sediments NOT WATER! The sediments will contain 25% to 30% moisture. The bulk of the dredged sand and silt  will be put through a drying system to reduce the moisture to less than 10% through a separation chamber. 

Since the LPS Positive Reverse System draws from the bottom of the sand or sediment deposits, any fish or aquatic life would remain undisturbed. The system is constantly monitored to prevent any harm to the aquatic community.
